Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- In case of high order volume, processing time may be slightly extended
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner for shipment.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–8 business days
Please note:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand
Shipping Charges
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers
- In other cases, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- If the customer is unavailable, the order may be returned to us

- Re-shipping charges may apply
- COD orders may not be eligible for re-shipment

- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or canceled
- We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect information
Damaged Package During Transit
If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged
- Record an unboxing video upon opening
- Contact us within 48 hours with proof
We will investigate and assist accordingly.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
